Sandeep Suman

A B.Arch from IIT Roorkie, Sandeep is an accomplished strategy and growth leader with more than 20 years of experience in the infrastructure and construction domains across India, USA, China, Malaysia and Singapore. He is an alumnus of IIFT and has completed his Masters in Construction Management from SPA Delhi. He has worked for renowned firms like C&W, TCG and Lehman Brothers in the past. He started his own venture – ISBE Consulting inc., in 2011, which has till date completed more than 200 small to mid-size projects for clients such as Maruti, Nestle, Oppo etc.

A talented and highly skilled growth expert, Sandeep now works with investors, boards, and the top management of infrastructure companies to develop business strategy, drive financial and operational turnarounds, and take critical decisions such as M&A’s, Joint Ventures, constituting SPV’s etc. His clients include eminent firms such as Shapoorji Pallonji Group, Megha Engineering and Infrastructure Limited, Gayatri Projects etc. A patriot and environmentalist at heart, he’s one of the pioneers to introduce fast track construction technology in India as well as the concept of green buildings. He is very passionate about sustainable development, modern technology and digital infrastructure.

He has guided and invested in businesses related to EV Charging, Green energy, Solar energy, Affordable Housing Projects, Data centers, Crypto-currencies etc. He is very well connected to the alumni networks of eminent institutions such as IITs, IIMs and Ivy League colleges as well as to the founders of Startups such as Moglix, Mobikwik, Urban Clap etc. He also works actively with a group of HNIs – both foreign and domestic – to assist them in making investment decisions relating to the Indian startup ecosystem. He’s very passionate about assisting new ventures to break through greater horizons.
