The decision was taken jointly by the management of ten major institutions, including RVIT Group of Institutions in Bijnor, UP, BGGI Group of Institutions in Sangrur, Punjab, GGI Group of Institutions in Ludhiana, Punjab, Silver Oaks Group of Institutions in Mohali, Punjab, Indo Global Group of Institutions in Mohali , Punjab, Excel Group of Institutions in Salem, Tamil Nadu, and Hi-Tech Group of Institutions in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Other institutions such as MC Saxena Group of Institutions in Lucknow, UP, KR Group of Institutions in Karnataka, and TERII Group of Institutions in Haryana have also expressed their support for the initiative and are expected to join hands with the Rosemine Trust in the near future.
